Doug Allan - Business Owner - Sales and Property Management
Doug has always loved the Kyogle area which he has lived in for the majority of his life. Indeed Doug's family have a rich history in the area and have been Kyogle locals for many generations. Doug has always had strong community connections and has actively worked supporting many local groups including St Brigids School, Growing Kyogle, the Kyogle Chamber of Commerce, and also a number of local sporting groups as well.
Doug has been involved in real estate in the Kyogle area for around 30 years buying his first property here when he was only 19 and still owning and living in the area now. This means that Doug is ideally placed to work effectively for any client with an in-depth knowledge of the local real estate market that cannot be picked up in 5 minutes.
Doug has successfully worked in a number of different roles within Kyogle over the years; however since 2005 he has predominantly worked in the real estate industry as both a valuer for the NAB, working throughout the Northern Rivers, and most recently as a real estate agent for another local Kyogle real estate agency. This experience, particularly his years as a valuer, make him the most obvious choice for any client selecting an agent to represent them as they can be assured that he will give accurate and well informed advice.

Tracey Allan -
Tracey has always loved the Kyogle area which she was born in and lived in for the majority of her life. Tracey also has a rich family history in the area and has been Kyogle locals for many generations. Through her time living in Kyogle Tracey has consistently maintained strong community connections and has actively worked supporting the local schools particularly Kyogle Pre-School and St Brigid's School, where her two daughters attended.
Tracey is well known in Kyogle as she successfully worked for many years as a local hairdresser in town. This experience enabled her to build strong skills in communication and customer service, and also uniquely placed her with relationships with local people from all walks of life. A key to being a successful real estate agent.
Tracey jointly owns and operates Gateway Real Estate with her husband Doug and though her responsibilities predominantly revolve around the accounting and administrative side of the business she will have an active role in all areas.
